Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Photos of the packaging
If approved, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.
Please contact USPS directly using your tracking number for shipping-related issues.
Order Cancellations
